- Player Selection Through Tryouts
Tryouts, typically held in late May or early June, identify players based on talent and ability. Selected players commit to their team for one year (August 1 – July 31), covering both Fall and Spring seasons.
- Season Structure
- Teams play 7 games each season, with half at home in Pelham and half away.
- Games are scheduled by the NH Soccer League, with potential travel to towns like Conway or Keene, depending on divisional play.
- Teams frequently participate in winter indoor soccer or futsal leagues to maintain their competitive edge during the off-season.
- Practice Schedule and Expectations
- Teams practice twice weekly for about 1.5 hours per session.
- Players are expected to attend all practices, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment.
- Licensed Coaching and Professional Training
- All coaches are required to hold appropriate coaching licenses, ensuring expertise in player development.
- Competitive Development
In addition to regular league play, Pelham Soccer Club teams often compete in local and regional tournaments to challenge themselves at higher levels of competition.

Testimonials
“The Red Hawks Soccer Club is probably the most organized, well managed group of coaches / staff we’ve ever had. When my shy/nervous son started his first practice the coach made him feel welcome and included. I stayed to observe and was so pleased with the amount of skill sets worked on and individual help. I knew he was getting the best training. He couldn’t get to the truck fast enough to tell me the fun he had. What more could a parent ask for! We’ve been with the club a few years now and can’t thanks the coaches enough for the hard work and dedication towards the kids each year”
“My daughters have been involved for the past three years. This is an amazing program with great kids, coaches and parents.”
